Most people meet Auntie Mina and think: warm, wise, measured. Then they hear about the Lagos stadium and realise they only knew half of her.

01. Born in Nigeria

My story didn't start in quiet suburbs or predictable paths. It started in Nigeria, a place where resilience isn't just taught; it's absorbed through the soil. The rhythm of my early life instilled a deep understanding that nothing comes without work, but also that joy is a daily choice, not a circumstance.

02. The Faith Foundation

If you take away everything else about me, the core that remains is my faith. I don't just believe in a distant God; I walk with a God who is intimately involved in the details of our lives. That faith has been the anchor in storms that would have otherwise shattered me.

03. Seven Careers, One Calling

People look at my resume and get confused. Microbiologist. Scientist. Journalist. Nurse. Real estate agent. Author. Insurance professional. They ask, "Mina, couldn't you make up your mind?"

But it wasn't about indecision. It was about obedience. Every career was a classroom. Microbiology taught me the perfection of God's design. Nursing taught me compassion at the bedside of brokenness. Real estate and insurance taught me the practical mechanics of legacy and wealth building. I didn't change careers; I just expanded my toolkit.

04. Motherhood

Of all the titles I've held, raising five children has been the most demanding, terrifying, and profoundly rewarding assignment of my life. To raise children in America with Nigerian roots, to navigate their unique personalities while trying to keep them anchored in faith — it takes more than a village. It takes a lot of prayer and a lot of grace.

The Lagos Stadium Story

"I didn't have the money. I didn't have the connections. All I had was a clear instruction from God to hold a gospel concert at Tafawa Balewa Square. When you step out onto the water, you quickly find out if it holds. The stadium filled. The concert happened. God provided every single dime. That was the day I stopped questioning the size of the vision and started trusting the size of my God."

05. This New Chapter: Turning 70

Now, as I look toward my 70th birthday in 2026, society tells me it's time to quiet down, to retire, to fade into the background.

I laugh at that.

I am stepping into the richest season of my life. The striving is over; the sharing has begun. I've built this hub because I want to pour out everything I've learned. I want to save you the time, the heartache, and the detours.
